How do I place an order?
Shopping at the Excel Mall is easy and secure. Just access the different categories in our page or type the keyword/s for the product you are looking for at the search bar. Once done selecting your purchase, please proceed to your cart for review, then press the checkout button. Upon checkout, fill out the required fields and select a payment method.
What are the prices of products?

Do you accept orders on weekends and outside business hours?

How will I know if my order pushed through?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order.
How can I track my order?
For now, there’s no automated tracking system for your orders. However, the 3rd Party courier will also be notifying you via SMS or call once they are on their way to your delivery address. If your order doesn't arrive within 7 business days, please don't hesitate to leave us a message here. firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I still cancel my order?
Our apologies but we can no longer cancel your order as it has already been processed and dispatched with our courier.
I accidentally placed the wrong order, how can I make changes?
You may simply remove the wrong item from your cart. However, once you’ve clicked the checkout button, you may not be able to remove it anymore. Make sure to check your orders before checking out.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When can I expect to receive my order?
Expect your orders to arrive within 3-7 business days from your processing date.
Can I choose my preferred delivery date?
Since delivery schedules are highly dependent on the availability of our partner logistics providers, we cannot commit to specific delivery dates.
Why is my actual delivery charge different from the one stated in the Excel Mall?
Incidental charges, such as but not limited to parking, toll, and other ancillary fees not included in the delivery fee shall be for the account of the customer, and shall be directly settled with delivery rider upon delivery of the items. In the event delivery rider is made to wait for more than 30minutes, customer shall pay waiting time fee of P60/hour.
How do I get my orders?
Your items will be delivered to your doorstep via 3rd party courier service. On the delivery day, please ensure that the rider is allowed to enter your condo, village or subdivision. For instances where the rider will be denied of entry, you must meet him at the lobby, entrance or gate. The rider will wait 30 minutes for you to claim your order. If in the event that you are still unreachable after 30 minutes, the rider will return your orders to the store.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
We deliver within Metro Manila only for the mean time.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once order has been confirmed, you cannot change your delivery address.
What happens if I’m not available to receive my package upon delivery?
As our current delivery partners are on-demand, which means parcels are picked up and delivered straight to you, please ensure that someone is available to receive your orders. In the event that no one will be around to sign off on your delivery, please contact our team immediately at email@example.com. You may be charged an additional delivery fee should your order require redelivery.
How can I pay for my orders? What are the payment methods?
We accept payments via online banking and over-the-counter banks.
How will I know if my order was confirmed?
Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email notification that your order is confirmed. Our Customer Care Representative will get in touch with you in case there are concerns on availability or delay of delivery.
Is there a delivery fee?
For orders below 20kg, the average shipping fee is P250. Orders more than 20kg to 30kg is subject to a P650 average delivery fee (based on leading courier services). Rates may vary depending on traffic conditions. The delivery fee will automatically reflect on your summary of orders during checkout.
Can I pay thru Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit Card or Fund Transfer?
We do not have COD and Credit Card options for now but we do have accept fund transfer.
Can I ask for an Official Receipt?
The tape receipt, which serves as the official receipt, will be delivered together with your orders. If you did not receive a receipt upon delivery, inform us via the contact us page.
4. PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Yes, you will get a refund if the wrong order was delivered to you. Send us a message at e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. about this and ask for a replacement order, please have your order number or reference ready. Once confirmed via email, you will be receiving a notice of your new scheduled pick-up.
I received an expired or nearly expired product. What should I do?
We are very sorry about this. We have a strict policy to ensure customers receive products with sufficient shelf life. In the unlikely event that this happens, please send us an email at email@example.com. We’d be happy to assist you.
